2 bell peppers- thinly sliced
1 onion- thinly sliced
1 squash- 1/4 and chopped
1 smaller package of pasta
1 pack of shrimp peeled ( cooked or uncooked)
Start cooking pasta before cutting you veggies.
Once all veggies are cut, add olive oil, salt pepper garlic.
Shrimp seasoned the same way!
You can cook inside or out on grill.
If shrimp are cooked just add at the end.
If uncooked add to veggies about 5 mins before done.
Whole meal takes about 20 mins!!
