Chicken Avocado Burgers
Chicken Avocado Burgers
1 pound ground chicken
1 large almost ripe avocado- chop into chunks.
salt and pepper to taste.
Toss chunks of avocado, bread crumbs.
Blend mixture into ground chicken. (Careful, don't mush the avocado.)
Makes 4-5 patties.
Cook indoors or out!
