. These would be amazing with some bacon, spinach, or arugula. On sliced bread!!
Slices tomatoes, not too thin.
Pack in feta, I used a spoon and filled in the gaps of the tomatoe.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Add a dash of basil on top.
Bake at 350- 5 to 7 minutes
Sprinkle with part cheese if you wish!
